A Vision Rooted in Potential
Project Blueprint was founded by Pedro Guerra with a singular vision: to create a positive impact on the lives of young people in our communities. Inspired by personal experiences and a deep-rooted belief in the potential of youth, Pedro recognized that while passion is the spark, structure is the fuel for long-term success.
Driven by a passion for education and empowerment, we set out to establish an organization that fosters a supportive and nurturing environment where young people—and the organizations that serve them—can grow and develop."

From Vision to Blueprint: Our Impact Model
To realize this vision, we set out to establish Project Blueprint—a consultancy designed to build success from the inside out. We recognized that the best way to support our communities was to ensure that the organizations serving them were as strong, organized, and resilient as the people they lead.
We transform our founding principles of empathy and growth into a dual-impact model that bridges the gap between human potential and organizational excellence:
Building the Systems (Capacity Building): We architect the 'back-office' of impact. By developing professional SOPs, KPI trackers, and program management structures, we ensure grassroots organizations are sustainable, audit-proof, and ready to win major funding.
Building the People (JRT & Soft Skills): We equip the next generation with the tools to thrive. Through our Job Readiness Training and Soft-Skills Mastery courses—focusing on emotional intelligence, professional communication, and leadership—we prepare young people to not just enter the workforce, but to lead it.
