MeET OUR FOUNDER

A man in a black suit with a red rose boutonniere standing next to a decorated Christmas tree with white lights, in an indoor setting with concrete walls and exit signs in the background.

Pedro Guerra founded Project Blueprint with a singular, driving vision: to ensure that the potential of our youth is never limited by a lack of opportunity.

Inspired by personal experience and a deep-rooted belief in the community, Pedro recognized that empowering the next generation requires more than just passion—it requires structure.

He established Project Blueprint to bridge the gap between vision and reality, providing nonprofits and workforce teams with the professional skills, strategic program design, and organizational capacity necessary to help young people succeed.

Driven by a commitment to education and sustainable empowerment, Pedro leads Project Blueprint as a partner to those building a better future for Chicago’s communities.
